messed up in work, school and family.
i need more discipline to manage my time and money.
i have turned a year older this month
and i need to start working out.

work is starting to get the nerves of me.
colleagues starting to prey their nasty claws out.
my outlet is kinda in need of parttimers,
and the shortage of staff is weighing on the seniors.
blame the head for not attracting us with benefits and incentives.
for $4.5 per hour, i need to serve,run,host,set,usher,sweep,mop,wash, the list goes on.
there must be more than that.

deserie and joel bought me a nice set of clothes
a black polo tee and a sweet green tee..
like them much but the green one sorta tight for me..
ha. guess i need to start showing my physique..
its what guys always do when they are "not-that-obese"
