ive been working in swensens for 1yr 1month!
and you know that place really serves as a shelter for sorrows.

the bustles and complexity of service enables one to drift away from miserable thoughts.

serving as a fountain (icecream scooper) staff now brings me more brawn.
the daily scoop of icecream is flushed away with the horrenduos effort i need to place in to scoop the rock-hard icecream out and place it onto fancy glasswares to delight customer's satisfaction.

i have to handle complaints and nags which will serve me well for my future joblines.

i still dont know if i wanna major in food and beverage.
the working hours sucks..
i dont wanna be bugged by my children complaining that they dont see me at home too often.

anyway. i play by the rules that is laid out to me.
im not finding or seeking for attention and i dont deserve any insults that anyone wanna shoot to me.

my working style is subjected to the rules and foundation laid by my superiors and its for me to follow, not to like.

well whos complaining when its not an everyday thing to scoop ice cream for 5-6 straight hours.
its a fun time-waster and a good brain twister to match customer's special order and to brainstorm what you have to prioritise to clear your orders.

Went out to watch transformers today with my best guys.
Meant to catch it with someone else but oh wells, change of plans.

haha.
it was a real enjoyable movie
7.5/10 STARS for it.

the introduction was the most hilarious..
when the movie came on, there was no sound in the cinema at all..
and shawn started to make lots of noise..
he then read the chinese subtitles out loud, and everyone in the theatre started laughing..

i added the helicopter sound effect later on and everyone burst into laughters again..

it wasnt that too long a time for anyone to miss their computer.

i clearly rmbred telling rin in the afternoon how happy i was to get my pay from swensens..
then about 6hours later, BOOM goes my computer
i had to throw in all my pay, just to get the parts and repair it..

but well.. it also allowed me to change to a better system from the phony cheapo spare part i bought last time.

finally got a break from work!

i went to 'ahyee' place ystd to catch up a family gathering!

i told daddy that its okay and we could find it some other time
daddy then told me that after my n's he would get it for me..

after i had PASS my n's..
i asked him for it..
he told me.. you still had o levels to go..

and now when my o lvls are soon over..
HE FORGOT THAT HE PROMISED ME ONE..
and even told me that i had POLY TO GO!

im freaking not petty over the xbox..
but im freaking upset that he did not keep his words..
oh well..
its not about the material.. but its about the promise..

it was jia liang's bdae.
rushed to church in a taxi with joel boey. he offered to pay la.. couldn't resist. im that greedy yes. ok then placed jia liang's cake into the fridge and took a bus down to EASB for the so called leader's mtg.

after service, we celebrated jia's bdae.
he is a very happy man.
YOU THINK SUNSHINE FORGOT ABOUT YOUR BDAE?.

after playing LAN with the guys,
i rushed back to jurong point to hop into dad's car to again RUSH off to sentosa for my cousin's wedding!!

so glad to be there, met all my cousins.
THEY HAVE GROWN UP!
and im very jealous of my other cousin's baby!

she kept smiling!
i wish i could be a baby, where i will be the centre of attraction and life is all about enjoying and getting pamepered.

i just came out from the toilet after jie was running around the house screaming "WHAT ARE YOU USING THE TOILET FOR!?" to both me(constipating) & dad(bathing).

i couldn't ask God for more, im super satisfied with my older sis!
okay la mei, i love you too just as much.

born on the 7th of Nov 1986
she endured all my crazy nonsense, which includes "tahan-ing" my one moment happy the other moment grumpy attitude.

she's the sister behind this teenage boy blogging who,
-lends money to me in big amount when broke
-gives me moral support to my ideas in life
-listen's to HEAVY SCREAMO on her computer to drown the nagging of parent's nagging
-sacrifice her LEFTOVER meals when she cant finish them to me
-have a wierd nocturnal habitat of staying up late in her room
-watching shows that appears alieny to an average Singaporean
-have a wardrobe of clothes 4x that of mine, but complains that she needs more new ones
-is super buay pai seh and ask me to give her an early bdae present

thats not almost all the reason to make me love her.
but!

i love her even though
-she sleeps late at night, not knowing that her strong room light reflecting against her wall to my bed makes me take a longer time to sleep
-she has funny magnets paste on the side of the door frame which totally dont seem to be in place with any deco of the room/house
-she is the pig of the family who takes more than just a "jie wake up" to make her get her butt out of the bed in the morning. (u need to literally scream without making yourself get angry or for safety reasons, not making her angry)

and i tell you, she's now still doing some mugging stuff when it 10minutes past the bewitching time. okay la. shes a University student, and she mugs like nobody business. and right. she lingers in the night but sleeps in the morning-evening with her laptop on her bed beside her.
